David M. Gorman: CCIM, MSRECM
Principal

David M. Gorman is a founding Principal at Scannon Investments focusing on new acquisitions and financial consulting.  David brings with him a diverse background in commercial real estate and multi-family underwriting and analysis. David served as a Senior Financial Analyst with Alliance Commercial Partners where he gained extensive experience in the analysis, research and underwriting of Office, Industrial and Condominium building acquisitions nationally. David worked as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Apartment Realty Advisors, one of the largest multi-family brokerage groups in the country, where he conducted the financial valuation of private and institutional multi-family properties of between 50 to 400-plus units. In total, David was involved in the analysis, research and underwriting of over $1 billion in multi-family assets throughout Colorado, Arizona and Utah.

David received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from John Carroll University and his Masters in Real Estate Development and Construction Management, with a concentration in Real Estate Investment Finance and Development, from the University of Denver’s Burn’s School of Real Estate.  David is also a broker in the State of Colorado and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation; an elite distinction held by only 6% of the real estate practitioners in the Nation and recognizes one as an expert in the disciplines of investment and commercial real estate. Lastly, David is a member of the ULI Young Leaders Program.
